Patient Portal

NEW PATIENTS



We request that all new patients register with us via the patient portal. After you register you will be placed on a short wait list while we review your registration and ensure it is complete.

Dr. McAllister does grant, free of charge, 15-minute informational interviews, either on the phone or in our office. Prior to scheduling an informational interview, you must register (including expected newborns).

To create a portal account and register a new patient:

1. Click on the image of the portal to the right
2. Click on the Create Account link
3. Provide your name and email address on the Create Account page, then click Save.
4. Once you’ve completed Steps 1 & 2, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Patient Portal password and instructions on how to finalize your registration (Very Important Step; Be Sure to Check Junk Mail)
5. Log into your new portal account click on Patient Registration to register your child
   

ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

If you gave us your e-mail address when you registered your child at Performance Pediatrics, then you can go ahead and create your Performance Pediatrics Patient Portal account by:

1. Click on the image of the portal to the left
2. Click on the Create Account link
3. Provide your name and email address on the Create Account page, then click Save.
4. Once you’ve completed Steps 1 & 2, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Patient Portal password andinstructions on how to finalize your registration (Very Important Step; Be Sure to Check Junk Mail)

When you log into your newly created portal account, your family page will list the children your e-mail address is associated with. If you encounter any problems, please contact Practice Administrator Leann DiDomenico.

The Performance Pediatrics Patient Portal is a safe, secure section of our web site that allows you to see and print many of your child’s medical records, including growth charts, immunization records, lab results and prescriptions. The Patient Portal also allows you to interact with Performance Pediatrics; you can request prescription refills and school/camp forms with just a few simple clicks.
